Creates ghost entities

Hi, My experience was: at the moment when I set up the connection between the 2 Home Assistant OS, the integration will copy all the existing entities from the source HA. Then I will not be able to clean up the database and remove the unnecessary entities because those wont have unique ID (that cannot be added manually) therefore tons of spam entities will remain in the database.
