[Feature request] Enable "Legacy Method" by default on Android 10

Steps to reproduce

• Open the app
• "Native Method" is enabled, and "Legacy Method" is disabled

This happens on Android 10, but not on Android 15.

Issues

• The "Legacy Method" is required in order to use Subsequent actions settings.
• "Native Method" opens the accessibility settings and says Please activate "Screenshot Tile" in the accessibility settings.

• Doing so prevents eID apps from working. These apps says that ScreenShoot Tile must be disabled. Disabling it every time is time consuming.

Solution

By default enable "Legacy Method" and disable "Native Method"

The "Legacy Method" is permitted by eID apps.
