Dates not populating on Tranactions that are not WAIVER type

I'm trying to pull transactions data, but I've found that any transactions that are not the WAIVER type do not have a date. I assume this is because they have no processDate value when they are created. That date might be stored in another value from the API.

The PR above should fix this bug, you can now use the fix by installing the latest version with git (it will probably be awhile before there is a release to make it available through pip).
This issue should be good to close 👍
