Include temperature in output csv files

Thanks for making these datasets available. Very helpful!

I think a more complete record of the fitting results in the csv files would include the temperature along with the number of cells in series.

Thanks for the input, @markcampanelli. I agree, but, adding Temperature to the output csv would require some re-engineering of the scoring scripts, and revision of the example submission. Maybe I can get to that when I have a bit more time.
