要不要添加alt文本作为图片说明的小功能

博客写作时有图片说明文本的需要，发现当前markdown中图片的alt text并没有利用起来，因此做了一个很小的 rehype 插件可以把alt文本展示成图片下方的说明文本，留空就不会解析，效果还可以

发现作者没有做这种效果，是因为有设计方面的考量吗
