Safe -Delete parameter changes to add or update

Summary

I've tried to use the Safe Management/Safe-Management.ps1 to delete safe's.
When using the command .\Safe-Management.ps1 -PVWAURL "https://myPVWA.myDomain.com/PasswordVault" -Delete -SafeName "MySafe" I'm able to delete a safe but when using a csv file like this " .\Safe-Management.ps1 -PVWAURL "https://myPVWA.myDomain.com/PasswordVault" -Delete -FilePath "C:\Temp\safes-sample.csv"" I'm getting the following error
