Feature Request : Track marking made easy

For the many people that have demo recordings and bootleg recordings, it would be cool to be able to transform easily that long unique track into multiple tracks with their respective names from the UI instead of the process of listening the whole thing and pressing "track mark" manually each time.
Or at least making it possible on the UI to select a precise timestamp and creating a track mark as the ui is much more easy to use than our tiny old play/recorders.
