Globus Transfers Throwing Errors #107

Description
It appears that the GlobusTaskListManager is not always properly cleared resulting in users being unable to download two subdirectories (or the result folder plus a subdirectory like slurm_logs) from a single Job.
Example error:

A few things here:
- We need to make sure that the Globus task list is always being cleared
- Can we make it so that the code doesn't throw this error if different sub-directories are downloaded?
- Should we be throwing an error here? Or is an error appropriate and the SDK just needs to handle it better?
- Do we even need this Globus Task List check or can we just always initiate the transfer?
