Player name drawing issue. #319
Description
Sometimes when a player's name changes color, the name is redrawn at the player's feet. So far I've only been able to trigger this when pardoning a character from outlaw to innocent using the Justicar, though there's nothing different being done server-side here compared to other forms of name color change. It also doesn't happen every time when pardoning a character.
