Idea for a new bot

Hello, first of all I want to thank you for the great contribution you have made to the 3commas community with these wonderful bots.

As an idea for a new bot, I think it would be interesting to add a bot that creates new deals from Binance announcements or by scraping their announcement blog (https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement /c-49?navId=49) or by reading his telegram channel (https://t.me/binance_announcements). Any announcement related to some of the pairs, this or these grow more than 5% the following minutes.

For an expert like you, I think it would be easy to do it using this repository as a starting point: https://github.com/CyberPunkMetalHead/binance-trading-bot-new-coins.git
