Reload old data

Hi!

I want to retrieve my old heart rate data from throughout the day, but I’ve noticed that Garmin tends to unload or remove it after a while. On the official Garmin app, there’s a button that allows you to "Reload chart," and after a few seconds, the data becomes accessible again, both on the app and through the library.

Is there a way to trigger this "Reload chart" action directly through python to access the heart rate data without manually using the app?
