How to get activities user feedback / self evaluation ?

Hello,

Is there a way to retrieve user feedback on how they felt after each activity?
For example, in the Garmin Connect app, users can provide a self-assessment with two inputs:

• Self Evaluation: a 6-level scale ranging from Very Weak to Very Strong.
• Perceived Effort: a score from 1 to 10.

Is it possible to access this information through the API or any available data export?
