Hi Natali! Thanks a lot for your feedback! The obvious and straightforward solution would be to use native CNPG metrics. But if we really want to have those inside pgwatch workflow, the workaround seems to be doable. We will need a tool inside the container/k8s that can fetch the sys metrics and then send them to the sink. Do you know if CNPG sys metrics are available publicly, so I can check how difficult it might be? |

Hey everyone,
We learned about pgwatch during an event with you, and we’ve been excited to try it out. For all of our clients, we’re running CloudNativePG on OpenShift. We were looking for a robust monitoring solution
We’ve successfully deployed pgwatch and uploaded all the dashboards, but we’re running into an issue with the system dashboards. Unfortunately, CloudNativePG does not currently support installing the plpython3u extension, which those dashboards depend on.
Do you think there’s a possible workaround that would allow us to access the system metrics without requiring plpython3u?
Thank you in advance for your help!
