Improve LOGS tab in webui

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current LOGS tab in the webui, when the screen gets filled, doesn't automatically scroll to and show the latest log entries, and the user has to keep scrolling down to see each new entry.

Describe the solution you'd like
The screen should automatically scroll down and display each new entry as it appears, and then old entries are viewable by scrolling up.
