Add cluster name tag for DCS managed clusters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It should allow to group together same cluster nodes easily under same dashboard and make metrics visible about whole cluster, no matter which is the R/W and replica node.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually creating tag and queries to aggregate things together.
