Add dashboard panel for monitoring connection establishment #898
Description
The problem of postmaster being completely bogged down by opening new connections is not currently visible on any dashboard. This information is already collected from pg_stat_database.sessions field. The number of sessions killed/fatal/abandoned is also useful for diagnosing problems.
Should be exposed on the "Sessions overview" dashboard, on "Health check" and probably also on "Database overview".
