[iOS] Check possible duplicate app instances

### Issue Summary

Best to reproduce, hot-reloading iOS app with e.g. Phoenix registers via `setTokens`. However, in iOS output logs there are incrementally more 

> pushRegistry:attempting to register with twilio

and, 

> Successfully registered for VoIP push notifications.
