Catch exceptions caused by error states in the watcher bin

At almost all states where JIRA(tm) returns an error the body will not be JSON encoded.
This results in an exception when I try to parse this with the JSON parser.

I'll have to catch those and try to produce more readable (and understandable) errors from that.
