Link elements with cmake + vscode

I built elements to build directory and don't understand how to link stuff with CMakeLists. The build made _deps folder where nothing is built to lib files and i don't know if i need to link everything manually or there is other cmake file that would help me. Could somebody tell me how to set it up correctly?
