Make the errors more clear by removing the pointers on the output

We can have errors looking like

Error: unable to estimate terraform plan file: unable to estimate cost insfrastructure: [POST /organizations/{organization_canonical}/cost_estimation/tfplan][403] costEstimateTfPlanForbidden  &{Errors:[0xc0001b73b0]}

Which have the pointer to the error, we should get the value and print it.
