workflow run directories #584
Description
We could do with better documentation over the purpose of the workflow run dirs, (log share, work, ...?) and an explanation of how they are handled by (re)install.
One important thing to mention is that resources installed at runtime should be installed into one of these (i.e. share) rather than placed elsewhere within the run directory, otherwise reinstall will bite.
