For all error conditions, introduce an end-to-end snapshot test to track error ownership

The new cli errors show the origin of each error. It should be the name of the exported function or method. For each call to cli::cli_abort() and for each code path that can lead to each call, add an example that triggers this error. Create a new test file. Each test should be a snapshot test.
