Bug: On Windows: freezes and causes heavy CPU usage

Current Behavior

When deleting a Monero wallet (or the last wallet), it freezes and causes heavy CPU usage.

Expected Behavior

I can delete wallet

Reproduce Steps

1. create several wallets 2. start deleting them one by one 3. the Monero wallet (or the last one) is not deleted

Environment

• Operating system and version: Windows 11 x64 ltsc
• Device platform and version: pc
• Real device or emulator/simulator: no
