Update Angular example to 18+

Update the Angular example in examples/angular-app from its current version 17.3.12 to a version >= 18 before the release of Cypress 15 and before May 15, 2025.

Provide an updated example in .circleci/test-deploy.yml that tests the Angular example application for both End-to-End and Component Testing (as is currently the case).

Why is this needed?

1. Angular actively supported versions shows 2025-05-15 as LTS ends for Angular ^17.0.0. This is the version used in examples/angular-app.
2. By the end of May 2025, versions 18 - 20 will be active and supported.
3. Cypress issue Remove Angular 17 support cypress#31303 plans to drop support for Angular 17.

At this stage, it probably makes sense to delay and jump to Angular 20
There are already pre-release versions available on https://github.com/angular/angular/releases

I suggest to copy the ready-made Angular 19 project from https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress-component-testing-apps/tree/main/angular-standalone based on:

• cypress@^14.0.0
• @angular/core@^19.0.0

This would be the least-effort approach.

Only the Cypress Cloud project ID projectId: 'mx9dpd' from the existing examples/angular-app/cypress.config.ts project would need to be added.
