Can I improve the quality of the video?

Can I improve the quality of the video?

I have set "videoCompression": false.
But I think the video quality is still insufficient.

( I want to record the test video as a tutorial.
So I have higher requirements for video quality

i get a bigger video, but i want higher quality video.

and i find that the picture quality of the screenshot is better than picture quality of the videos.

so, can i get thirty screenshots per second ?
How should i do it
