One of the accounts that I have invited can't reset the password, neither join the board

Hey there,

I have created a Dashboard for my manager to review, so he can use it and provide a budget to buy it for our team. But he's not able to join the Dashboard, since he has created the account previously and he's neither able to reset his password.

I will really appreciate your help on this!
