Why every cypress version is difficult to install, always there is a new issue shouldn't it be tested properly before releasing in market?

Cypress is really a good tool for automation testing but why every cypress version is difficult to install, always there is a new issue shouldn't it be user friendly and tested properly before releasing in market?
ex: npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: this library is no longer supported and due to which we cannot launch Cypress test runner. As a workaround install it separately
npm install [email protected]
