Is it any "given-when-and-then" rule that is blocking the "And" execution?

Good morning people, everything fine ?

Does anyone know why my Cypress is skipping my Cucumber's 3 "And's" commands?

I managed to finish the execution just putting the commands in the following "And", the only one that is being executed.

Can anyone help me? Is it any "given-when-and-then" rule that is blocking the "And" execution?
