Text replace is not a function, run under Jenkins

Hi,
so I have helper to replace text.

export const mask = (text = '') => {
  if (!text) {
    return '';
  }

  return text?.replace(/^(\d{2})(\d{3})(\d{3})(\d{3}).*/,"$1 $2 $3 $4");
};

its working fine locally. but when run with Jenkins, its error like below:
