Question on Intercept for GraphQL responses not showing Alias

I ran into a weird issue where the intercept stubs the request but the Alias never shows.

I am not sure if this is an issue or if this something else entirely that I am missing. The code is taken straight from the documentation Cypress and Grapql on the Website so not sure if there should be extra code added to it in order to see the Request has an alias?
