Proxy settings problem with Electron

Hi,

I am having proxy issues when using Chrome.
I read the link associated with this problem: https://docs.cypress.io/guides/references/error-messages#Cypress-detected-policy-settings-on-your-computer-that-may-cause-issues

I decided to use Electron. It worked for a while but it's not working anymore although it is native.
Is that normal ?
