How to make console errors not break tests with latest version?

In earlier versions, we could put this in support/index.js, but it no longer works:

import './commands'
Cypress.on('uncaught:exception', (err, runnable) => {
  // returning false here prevents Cypress from failing the test
  return false
})

I also tried to put this file in e2e directorty, but this also didnt worked.

on Cypress 10 should be support/e2e.js instead of support/index.js

the same code works here
