CLI Build Arguments via Schematic

Hey,
I've got an application where we're using a combination of features provided by the cypress cli.

I'm trying to set the standard for our applications going forward to use the @cypress/scehmatic package.

We're quite reliant on env, ci-build-id and group currently and I dont seem to be able to see anything about it in the docs, nor the schema.json.

Is this something you're looking at supporting? and if so are you open to PR's?
