Trying to set up on windows for contributing

I am trying to setup my windows machine to start contributing but I am getting stuck at a step. I have been following the getting started section from here but I keep getting this error when I do yarn start. I have set the script-shell config as mentioned in the doc.

yarn run v1.22.19
$ yarn ensure-deps
$ ./scripts/ensure-dependencies.sh
'.' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Any help would be appreciated
