angular: how to provide @Inject to component?

Hey guys,

thanks to #23842 i know how to provide services.
But how can i provide for example constants, which will be injected via @Inject(...) in a component or service?

My example service:

export const INJECTION_TOKEN = new InjectionToken('hello');

@Injectable({ providedIn: 'root' })
export class ServiceToProvide {
  constructor(@Inject(INJECTION_TOKEN) private readonly helloString: string) {}
}
