Version 10 Performance is poor

Hi all,

in our company we're using Cypress for some years now.

We have started with version 3.7.0 and still use it in our most important tests.

Since one year we try to update to higher version, first 9 and now 10.
But we always fail because scripts now need at least double time (run-mode) than 3.7.0.
Is it possible to end up at same performance as 3.7.0 using latest version by changing any setting/configuration?
Any help would be appreciated. Please let me know if you need additional information.
