Save video and audio from a livesream

Hello,

I'm reading and researching a lot to try to understand if this is even possible using cypress.

I want to create somekind of bot that can enter for example in a twitch or youtube stream and save audio and video from the stream and upload it somewhere.

Saving the audio and video is possible?

Can you please point me a couple of literature/examples so that I can learn and test?
