Cypress hook not working

Hey Everyone, I am trying to see if I can execute code before and after any spec is executed. I found in Cypress documentation that I can set some hooks (before:run and after:run) but they seem not working for me. When I execute any spec, I can't see in the console the messages I am printing. Am I doing something wrong? This is my cypress.config.ts.

It is working for me now. details was not a valid argument.
