Browser permissions

Hi!
In our team we tried to handle a notification to not appear about recording permissions, but neither works after trying some ways like using Cypress.automation as in this Gleb's post or the cypress-browser-permissions plugin.
So we have a question about that, is the recording permission (for videos) not allowed by those ways or maybe the permissions are not available to be changed in 11.2.0 version?
