local application can be opened in normal chrome browser but not in cypress browser

Dear support Team ,

We are trying to use cypress to test our business application but the cypress browser is not opening the application for some colleagues. The local application can be opened in normal chrome browser but not in cypress browser , error message:
localhost didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

We tried several methods:

1. set proxy env
2. reset op network setting
3. test with another browser plugin ( the same issue)
4. refresh the cache data

Could you please help us to understand why it is working on some of the colleagues laptops(we are using windows machines) and for others it is not working and what we could do to solve this problem?
