Problem with intercepting GraphQL requests

I am reaching out to seek your help with an issue I am facing while working with Cypress and GraphQL. I am encountering problems with intercepts and despite being able to see the GraphQL request being received, I am unable to retrieve fetched elements from the page. This issue is particularly persistent when using a modal window. Despite searching online, I have not been able to find a solution that has worked for me.
