Cypress runner completely freezing mid test

I am currently running a test in cypress 12.9.0 within the headed test runner and it for some reason keeps on freezing (potentially crashing) when loading one of the pages on the site i'm testing.

I can't seem to discern why... The only way to get out of the window is to close said runner down and re-open it.

Has any one else encountered this issue and could possibly help me.

I was expecting the page to just load then be able to perform my tests like I do on other screens... but this one seems to completely freeze/crash the runner
