Confuse with Electron version!!

I am using the latest Cypress version (12.14.0), and according to cypress version the electron version that I have is 21.0.0,
On the other hand cypress GUI display a different version!! What is going on?

Cypress package version: 12.14.0
Cypress binary version: 12.14.0
Electron version: 21.0.0
Bundled Node version: 16.16.0

The v106 refers to the chromium version used by Electron (v21)!
