Zoho chat generate the test fails

I want to test the loading of images on a page.

I'm using Zoho chat in a project and it generate a test crash.

Cypress send some request that is incomprehensible for me and it is not clear wich image causes the test fails.
I don't see any <img> in the Zoho chat code, there are only icons added as an icon font.

How can I work with this?
