Resetting tests after redirecting back to the main page

I will be glad if you guide me on the right path.
Actually, the problem is as follows.
Tests pass on the main page and at a certain moment redirects to the payment page, all tests pass there, but after trying to redirect back to the main page, the tests simply stop and a window appears with a selection of previously written tests.
There is nothing criminal, something like 2FA is not there.

There are thoughts that we use a username and password on the test benches, after which we get to our site and Cypress simply loses the session
