Tests are collapsing

There are such payment systems as PayPal and such a problem has arisen.
We have test accesses to the page of the test environment of the specified payment system, certain tests are passed there and after authorization we get to the LC where you just need to click pay, then Cypress simply closes, the window itself and the window of the same billing opens instead. Maybe someone has encountered something like this?
