Can't start test: Error: Webpack Compilation Error

Help me please!

I installed the latest version of Node.js and Cypress to the folder https://docs.cypress.io/guides/getting-started/opening-the-app on Windows 10
When I try to launch a simple test

describe('template spec', () => {
  it('passes', () => {
    cy.visit('https://example.cypress.io')
  })
})

the Webpack Compilation Error appears (see the screenshot).
What happens?
