I want to stop each loop when a true condition is met

On the interface there is a list of a tags, and not all of them are enabled. My code below means clicking on the first a enable tag found and stopping the each loop. I am really helpless because can't handle cypress asynchrony.
Hope you can suggest me how to solve this problem !
