@cypress/xvfb dependencies updates?

Hi,

I recently created this issue cypress-io/xvfb#207 to update a dependency (debug) which had a vulnerability, but it seems the whole repository is never updated or maintained.

is there a reason for it ? should this not be updated ? did the maintainers stop contributing ?
