Cypress v14.2.0 is super slow as compared to v12.17.1 in Team City CI

Initially we were using cypress version 12.7.1 for our testing repository so there were around 160 tests which run sequentially and took around 4 hrs to completely run over there

Then we updated cypress version to 14.2.0 execution speed of our regression suite goes down to hell 😠 like 17 hrs

We have verified it and at the end we found that it is because of the version
Then we again reverted the version change and we again got back to our normal time of 4 hrs, then we again updated it to 14.2.0 to get the result again which 17 hr
After looking at the logs we observed that our test scripts took way much time to load i guess or not idk
Is there anything that we are missing ?

You should probably check with the latest version of Cypress 14.5.4 and if that is no better, then you would need to open an issue in https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress/issues to get the attention of the engineering team. I would expect them to request logs, etc. so be prepared for that if you open an issue.

yeah thank you for 14.5.4 it's working fine
just did a small check and it's good
we'll verify it on a large test repository and confirm the same
